Products are shipped via courier selected by NABU, for which a shipment tracking service is active.
NABU can only accept orders with delivery to countries in the European Community.
NABU does not ship to Mail Boxes and to companies that provide domiciliation services.
Orders are processed by our logistics in 1-2 working days from the date of their receipt in our system.
During Sales, Black Friday or holiday periods, shipments may take longer.
Please be aware that external factors such as postal or courier delays, logistical problems, adverse weather conditions, or the inability to access the address provided may affect the timeliness of delivery.
No responsibility can be attributed to NABU in case of delay in order processing or delivery of the ordered goods.
We always advise you to keep track of your shipment status with the tracking code that you will be notified by email when the package is shipped, you can check the status of your order at any time.
Please remember that it is not possible to change the delivery address once the order has been shipped.
Shipping costs are explicitly highlighted when placing the order. Payment of the goods by the Customer will be made using the method chosen at the time of ordering. No additional charges or fees are due to NABU.
NABU ships by courier only. Specifically, the couriers used will be BRT, GLS and other partners and the shipment will be communicated by email to the customer on the first working day after the date of acceptance.
The charges are €4.90 and are indicated in the shopping cart when the order is filled.
In the case of cash on delivery, or payment on delivery, there is an additional fee of €2.00 that you will have to pay to the courier upon delivery in cash.
For those who place a single order with a combined total spend of €80.00, shipping will be free of charge and then charged to NABU.
Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
– That the number of packages being delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;
– That the packaging is undamaged, undamaged, not wet or otherwise altered, including in the sealing materials (adhesive tape or metal strapping);
– any damage to the packaging and / or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications, must be immediately detected, making a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
We care that you receive an undamaged package with all items purchased. If this does not happen, please help us by sending photos of the damaged package to our Customer Care: info@nabukids.com
In case of missing items, please contact our Customer Care immediately: info@nabukids.com briefly specifying exactly what items are affected and also sending some photos of the received package, which are necessary to make the appropriate verifications.
The above reports must be made within within 8 days of receiving the package
Our couriers do their best to ensure that you receive your order on time and above all undamaged. Despite this care, however, we cannot rule out exceptions. If the tracking number shows a problem with the delivery of your package related to the shipping address, you can contact the courier directly for further information. If, on the other hand, the courier needs our intervention (as the shipper), please get in touch with our Customer Care no later than 14 days after your package has been shipped.
