Returns and Refunds
How to initiate a return procedure:
1. Contact Nabu Support.
If you wish to return a purchased item, contact support to communicate your decision, stating your order number, first and last name, and item you wish to return.

Make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them (unused, unwashed, with the inner and outer labels still attached, no repairs, and with the corresponding payment receipt).
If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be returned to you and a refund will not be made.
Nabu reserves the right not to accept your return in the following cases:
- the item was returned used, washed, damaged or with tampered seal and/or tag. Please note that the identification tag must be attached to the item;
- the item received at our warehouse is not in the same condition compared to its original condition;
- the item received at our warehouse does not appear to have been purchased on Nabu and/or is different than the item purchased;
- the item was not delivered to the courier in time for it to reach our warehouses within 14 days;
- the item was purchased for resale purposes.
2. Ship the product back
Prepare the package carefully and send it to the address:

The shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, who therefore can choose courier or postal service for the return.
Attention. The product must be received at our warehouse no later than the 14th day from the date of package delivery.
Refunds
We accept returns no later than 14 days from the date of delivery to our warehouse. As soon as your return is delivered we will make the appropriate verifications. If successful, we will send you an email to confirm the return and the refund arrangement.
The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the merchandise, the refund time will vary depending on the payment method you choose. In order to allow you an immediate refund, you will be able to receive a voucher in an amount equal to the value of the refund immediately spendable on the site.
