Questions related to payments
Your payment may fail due to different reasons than the payment system you choose. If you are paying by credit card, check your credit or debit card information and verify that the billing address matches the one associated with the card. Also check that your card has not reached the spending limit for online orders. If you are paying with PayPal, check your PayPal account and verify that the linked payment cards are up to date or that the account balance is sufficient and make sure your PayPal account is verified.
Security is extremely important to us, so we would like to confirm that your information will always be encrypted and secure. Please also remember that credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your bank. When you place an order using a card payment, your bank may ask you to confirm your identity using 3D Secure authentication. 3D Secure authentication reduces the number of fraudulent activities online including identity theft and unauthorized use of cards. It protects cardholder data and decreases fraud attempts. There are many ways to authenticate payments online and you may be asked to confirm your identity via SMS, email or TouchID. We recommend that you contact your bank to ensure that they have your correct contact information in case you are asked to use SMS or email for 3D Secure authentication.
